Nestled in the heart of Zionsville, IN, our ranch is dedicated to the meticulous breeding and development of fullblood Wagyu cattle through cutting-edge embryo production and seed stock programs in partnership with Purdue University.

We offer: Willy's American Wagyu (F1-Wagyu/Angus), Willy's American Wagyu "Reserve", Willy's Fullblood Wagyu and Willy's Fullblood Wagyu "Reserve". Our entire Fullbood Wagyu herd is registered with the American Wagyu Association. We DNA test every Fullblood Wagyu for Parentage, SCD & Tenderness. All our Wagyu products are 100% authentic & traceable to the animals we harvest. Each carcass is graded using the 'BMS" 1-12 marbeling scale. Willy's '"Reserve" is a "BMS" grade over 9/12 "umami"
