Our entire Fullbood Wagyu herd is registered with the American Wagyu Association.

We DNA test every Fullblood Wagyu for Parentage, SCD & Tenderness.

All our Wagyu products are 100% authentic & traceable to the animals we harvest.

Each carcass is graded using the 'BMS" 1-12 marbeling scale.

Willy's '"Reserve" is a "BMS" grade over 9/12 "umami"
