What is F1 Wagyu? Our F1 beef is a 50/50 cross between full-blood Japanese Wagyu and premium American Angus cattle. This combination creates the "Golden Mean" of steaks: you get the spectacular, snow-flake marbling of Japanese beef, balanced with the robust, meaty flavor of American steak. It is luxurious enough for a special occasion, but hearty enough for a weekend grill.
