Fire up the grill and join the village for a day of smoke, salt, and community!

Whether you’re a local backyard legend, a weekend hobbyist, or a seasoned pro, we want you on the bricks. Willy’s Wagyu is hosting our 2nd Brick Street Smoke Off, and we’re looking for five teams who share a passion for great BBQ and good times.

This friendly but spirited competition takes place right in the heart of Zionsville during the iconic Brick Street Market on May 2, 2026. You’ll find us set up on the historic bricks just south of The Friendly Tavern.

The Competition

We’re keeping it simple and high-quality. You bring your favorite rubs and your trusted rig; we’ll handle the rest. To make sure everyone starts on equal footing, Willy’s Wagyu will provide all three competition proteins. It’s a fantastic chance to cook with world-class Wagyu and premium cuts in a fun, community-focused atmosphere.

The Prizes

We’re putting over $1,750 on the line to celebrate the best flavors of the day:

•     Division Winners: $250 for the top entry in each of the three protein categories.
•     Grand Champion: $1,000 for the best overall performance!

Event Details

•     Date: Saturday, May 2, 2026
•     Time: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
•     Location: Main Street (The Bricks), South of The Friendly Tavern, Zionsville, IN.
•     Entry Fee: $175 per team.
•     Field Size: Limited to 5 Teams total.
