July: F1 Wagyu Tri-Tip
An excellent, forgiving cut for beginners that brings together the rich flavor of Wagyu with an easy cooking process. It is the perfect introductory piece for learning how to manage a smoker and finish with a flawless sear. Includes a straightforward cut guide, simple timing charts, and a monthly mystery item (such as our premium ground beef or artisan sausages).
August: Premium F1 Wagyu Brisket Point
The centerpiece of backyard BBQ, selected and prepared to give beginners the highest chance of success. Dad will learn how to achieve a juicy, tender result without the intimidation factor. Includes an easy-to-follow temperature management checklist and a monthly mystery item (such as our new all beef hot dogs).
September: F1 Wagyu Outside Skirt Steak
An incredibly rich, highly marbled cut that cooks beautifully and handles flavor incredibly well. This month focuses on quick-smoking techniques and simple slicing rules that unlock maximum tenderness. Includes a quick-smoke guide and a final monthly mystery item.

Membership includes complimentary, exclusive admission to a three-part Smoking and BBQ masterclass series hosted by local competitive pitmaster Jon Keen. With one private class held each month, the curriculum starts with the absolute basics of backyard smoking, pit setup, and temperature control, walking through exactly how to prepare and cook that month's featured cut.
Membership & Pickup Details:
One-Time Payment: $275 (covers all three months of curated boxes and full access to the beginner class series).
Pickup Schedule: Club boxes are available for local pickup only on the second Saturday of July, August, and September.
